Services are on a self-pay basis. Payment is expected within a month of service provision unless other arrangements have been made. An hourly fee is charged per session and billed monthly. If you plan to file for Out-of-Network reimbursement through your insurance company, please request a receipt with appropriate information for insurance purposes.

We offer weekly individual sessions and group therapy billed at an hourly rate. Intake sessions, school or home visits, family therapy, and extended sessions are billed as a session and a half, and prorated, thereafter. We gladly hold other out-of-office meetings, and we charge a fee for travel time. While we feel that in-person sessions are best, we do offer phone sessions, which are billed as a prorated session. From experience, we have learned that court proceedings often interfere with the counseling process, and therefore, we make it a practice not to participate in legal affairs for our clients. We welcome discussion of legal matters at the onset of therapy so we can plan the best course of treatment for you and your family.
